Eurofirms Group nombra a Anna Golsa como nueva CEO global.
Eurofirms Group, primera multinacional española especializada en gestión de talento, ha anunciado el nombramiento de Anna Golsa como nueva CEO global de la compañía, cargo que asumirá a partir de enero de 2026. Con esta decisión, la organización refuerza su modelo de gobernanza y avanza en la implementación de su plan estratégico 2024-2027 diseñado por el nuevo equipo e impulsado por Golsa.
Anna Golsa se incorporó a Eurofirms Group en 2023 como directora general de servicios corporativos y con su nombramiento se ha creado un comité de dirección centrado en el plan de transformación digital y en la consolidación internacional de la compañía. Durante este tiempo, ha desarrollado la integración de tecnologías innovadoras en los procesos de selección y ha contribuido a fortalecer la presencia del grupo en los siete países donde opera.
Miquel Jordà, propietario y hasta ahora CEO, continuará vinculado a la compañía como presidente del Consejo Asesor, con un rol centrado en la supervisión estratégica y la promoción de la cultura People first, pilar fundamental en el crecimiento y expansión internacional del grupo.
En palabras de Jordà: “Este nombramiento responde a la necesidad de separar las funciones operativas de las propias del accionista y a nuestro convencimiento sobre el compromiso y la visión global de Anna. En una empresa en expansión como la nuestra, es esencial contar con una figura que acompañe a nuestros líderes en la ejecución del plan estratégico y en la adaptación a las nuevas tendencias”.
